Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for the following products: wall mount pots, self watering pots, and table pots. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any).
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, a return or replacement can be requested.
Customers should contact support within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide:
- Order details
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photos of the package (if damaged during delivery)
After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used or installed.
- Return request is made after the return period.
- Product is returned without original packaging.
- Damage caused due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact customer support with order details and reason for return.
- If the return is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement process will begin.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
6. Replacement
If a product is eligible for replacement due to damage or defect, a replacement item will be shipped after verification and subject to product availability.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered.
- If the return is due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
